Document Scanning
In most organisations, the vast bulk of documents (and filing archive) still comprises sheets of paper up to A3/A4 size. With ever-increasing pressure to reduce the cost of space allocated to filing whilst improving the speed of information retrieval, backfile conversion of such archive into an electronic format will usually produce rapid and significant financial savings.

Backfile conversion is usually a one-off exercise - typically involving substantial volumes of documents going back over several years, and often in poor condition.
It is generally more cost-effective to use the services of an external bureau such as ours rather than trying to acquire equipment and staff to complete this job internally.
